Instructor Led Training

Instructor Led Training (ILT) is a wonderful outlet for an ISD’s creativity. In this example, I was able to organize an extremely large amount of content that came from a myriad of sources. The challenge was to collect the content and organize it into meaningful sections. Because of the quantity of the content and the tight delivery deadlines, I was able to build a team of ISDs, graphic artists, and editorial staff. With a great team in place, this project was a collaboration between the Department of Education and an aerospace company which built a two year curriculum for high school students leading them into the aviation industry. PowerPoint presentations were created for each module along with lesson plans, instructor guides, student guides, worksheets, and assessments. I was able to create a final exam that included hands on assessment as well as skills assessment on paper.Core_Tracking Being diligent about keeping track of tasks, team efforts, and deadlines were critical for this project. Using Excel spreadsheets and Word tables, I was able to stay on top of deadlines and priorities and share progress with the design team. This was a very demanding project that required excellent time management and leadership skills. I received words of affirmation from both my project team and the client.

I have also used my knowledge of PowerPoint to help design presentations and speaker guides on a personal level.                                   2014 Budget Presentation
